Official Gritter Spotted thread

Well seing as the lack of preventative & reactive works by the Highway Authority which we all pay towards with Council Tax, Vehicle & Fuel Duty and other Taxation.

I thought I would start up a "GRITTER" SPOTTED thread...


19:31 hours on the Upper Chobham Road, Camberley.
Gritting with snow plough in use too.
Driver had his foot well in it too

19:54 hours on the A322 at West End
Gritting and giving it plenty coverage too
Well done that man :thumbsup:

OK now Highways get your fking finger out of your arse
and get some of the other roads and hills gritted as well.
Before the whole country grinds to a halt.

And I notice the Anti 4x4 Brigade have kept very quite.
Now move your stoopid electric car off the road as it's no use
with a flat battery so I can run my 4x4 up the hill...

Well I am beginning to think that I must have someone important living near me - a councillor or something as I live in a village outside Basingstoke in a lane which isn't even an A or B road and we have had a gritter come down it a least twice a day as well as a JCB today.

It's just a shame that I can't get my car off my drive - real wheel automatics just don't work well in ice
