valueing land

Need to have an idea of what to offer for a plot of land next to ours as it has been offered to us

Might be able to help if it's around Guildford area, or point you in the direction of someone else if it's not.

Valuing land is never an exact science. Depends if it's got planning permission or a likelihood of getting it, or if it's just a field in the middle of greenbelt.
