The title says it all really.
Can someone recommend a good tyre supplier within 10 miles of Camberley? The tyres that I want are expensive, and they must be fitted with care(damage could be done if the jack is not positioned properly).

Thanks.

Yes Mr 13th recommends A L S tyres, 01344 306893 they came round to our house and fitted and balanced both the Lambo and my XKR Oh and also our other more mundane cars. He was in the car business for many years (Mr 13th that is although we don't know these people personally) and is also saying take their advice on the right tyres for your car, don't always go for the manufacturers listed tyres.

Hope that helps.

Not as bad as they once were, according to the guy on the burger van. Business has been a bit slow up there, but they're still the cheapest around.

Theres a place just down the hill on the A30, going away from the American Golf shop, used to be a texaco, now a valeting place and tyres.
He is cheap, as cheap i'd say as Bracknell tyres. One of the guys running it used to work for many years at bracknell tyres so is following in the same style.
I thought they were called ALS, as mentioned above, maybe the same firm.

As for care though i can't vouch, they've only fitted normal tyres on my cars with no problems.
I think most will show care when you ask them to and point out the value of the wheels.

hi Don, yes I think that this place is ALS tyres - I have had 2 sets from them, one fitted on a brand new set of expensive alloys - they were the cheapest and very careful

Well Micheldever now own Bracknell Tyres so unless you prefer one drive to the other, it's probably a good idea to go to whichever is closer as they told me the prices should be the same!

Thanks everybody for the recommedations. Bracknell Tyres aren't able to get the tyres at all. However, ALS at Bracknell seem to have come up trumps - and they were cheaper. So, I should have my new "sticky" tyres next Tuesday.driving

New tyres now fitted.
They are definitely not "sticky" yet. Do some tyres need a bit of "running in"? The car slid all over the place as I drove out of ALS.
