Someone to sand & varnish floorboards?

Morning All,

Any recommendations for the above in the Epsom area?

We're looking for someone to sand and varnish existing (thirties) floorboards in our hall, lounge, downstairs loo and kitchen/diner, and then stain & varnish (or whatever it is they do to them) those plus the new boards in an extension.

No, not really. It's a pretty big floor space, plus there's various fiddly bits around kitchen cabinets and the like, and with 3 small kids, it needs to be done quickly, rather than dragging on for ever...
