Can't help with a trailer but re the above, pretty sure if it's just being towed behind something but running on it's own wheels, then it needs it's own tax/insurance in order to be legal anyway - at that point you'd really be no better off than just driving it. If it was no tax only then I'd probably suggest you chance it for a couple of miles, but I'm not sure I'd suggest that with no insurance.

I will not be as useful with the towing as Shimmey, but if you are on the Bagshot side and need somewhere to keep it out of the way pretty sharpish i can manage that.

not sure if it needs tax mot or insurance as many off roaders get towed to play site without any of that as it is a vehicle on the road but is not being propelled by it own steam! if that make sense??

i belive the law states that any mechcanically propelled vehicle needs to have tax mot etc but being towed i believe is different as it not being mechcanically propelled

where in camberley is it going from to as camberley cant be more than 2 miles wide!??

Nope, unfortunately if a vehicle if being towed and any of its road wheels are on the ground then it needs road tax. Ditto if a car is parked on the street instead of on private land (like your driveway) it needs road tax.
Remember that to get a tax disc you need insurance and MOT...

If the vehicle is on a trailer and therefore none of its road wheels is actually turning then it doesn't have to have tax/mot/insurance wink

sorry for not seeing this but yes you would need to help steer and brake. Unless you get a real REAL jobworth of a copper you will have no problems at all. where in camberley to where in camberley does it need moving???
