Dark Green van with Police stickers on the doors seen today, on the bridge over the M25, on the road from Iver to Denham, and a white 'index reading' van on the same road just off the Denham ( M40 ) roundabout heading towards Slough. They pulled me because the car was read as 'no registered keeper' even though I bought it in January and sorted the paperwork straight away.

The ANPR system gets downloaded from the PNC before it goes out each day. The problem is that the DVLA are slow in sending info' to the PNC. So blame the DVLA.
