Looking for somewhere to rent, anywhere in 'The Valley'

For various work and business related reasons we need to rent a house for 6 months + (up to 2 years). We've been looking on the property websites and there's a fair bit available (3+ bedrooms, garden) but, if anyone knows of anyone wanting to rent out their place please let me know. It's often cheaper and better to cut out the blood sucking estate agents if you can
