Well after many threads, deliberating and mind changing (all usual for me!) I picked up the new car today. It's a E36 Evo M3 1998. 85k, few AC Schnitzer goodies, Eibach Pro Springs, and a good history. Need an Inspection II but was factored into the price. Have done 120 miles in it today, and loved it. Very comfy, quick when needed. Good stereo, has AC and Sunroof which is a nice touch. Already Experienced the 'BMW' love you get driving these :whack: but to be expected from Civic's etc I guess.

Looking forward to getting the service done, a detail and putting it on Chuckles rollers.

Being nosey Al, as I'm thinking of getting rid of the Boxster of a track toy and the M is up there, what did you pay for it?

Cheers guys, I am really enjoying it so far, a relaxed cruiser that can put on a decent turn of speed in a flash smile

I paid 4.5k for the car. Ebay has its advantages sometimes, but I do expect a 1k worth of service to get it up to perfect, with a big inspec II and few other things no doubt.
