I can recommed the Bass cooked in sea salt crust. It's not on the menu anymore but if you ask them, they'll probably do it for you.

Directly across the road from Gianni's in Baker St, Weybridge, is "Los Hermanos" Spanish...grilled piri-piri Tiger Prawns (not on the menu) and authentic cuisine. Fantastic place and superbly run.
