Seen a few grumblings about this place, but has anyone got any feedback on this company? Seen a car I like there.

Have you actually seen the car there in the flesh? I have heard that they advertise cars which are not yet in the country and sell them as if they are (or at least take deposits)...

I'm sure others may be able to add info..

this the one in Sandhurst? or do they have other branches? Never heard anything bad to be honest...

(or good for that matter!)

I think there's only one, near the M3.

I'm looking at a BMW, so not something imported.

They source a lot of their stuff through BCA, so cut out the middle man and get down there yourself.

I've been there half a dozen times to buy a specific car which they claim to have and they either don't have the car that was advertised (sorry mate, sold half an hour ago) or there's been something seriously amiss with the paperwork or bodywork.

By all means go down and have a look, but keep your wits about you...

Cheers Pete. As I thought really. To be honest, a decent independent garage is very hard to find. I had heard bad things about them, so I think I'll give it a miss. Even if the car is straight, I don't like giving my money to a company with bad ethics.

OT: How is that 130i of yours going? You may remember we went for a very slow drive with Fidg and a couple of others after the RR Sunday Service last year. I was impressed with the car and actually am tempted by a 130i M Sport now my Z4 has gone.

The 130 is going as slowly as always - limited slip diff, big brakes, non-runflat tyres, and debadged smile

They've got a small place in Sandhurst but the main one, I beleive, it the one you can see from the M3.
