I've got my sister and brother in law coming down on Saturday and we're all going out on Saturday night but we're a bit stuck for where to go. We need somewhere nice (bars/pubs), a few places preferably and somewhere perhaps with music to finish the night off. We're going from Frimley so we don't want to be travelling big distances. Want to avoid a chavvy place or somewhere where the 'clientelle' will be delivering my paper the following morning.

Suggestions??

I'd suggest any of the Bars & Clubs under the arches in Windsor town centre, they'll cater for all tastes in music and most are open pretty late too.

I haven't been to the Ag for a while, but I do feel that everyone should go at somepoint in their life. hehe

I was told that they have either ripped up the carpet by the gents recently or it has finally got so dirty you don't stick to it anymore.

If you don't mind the taxi fair Windsor the top end of the highstreet near the castle, Ascot or Fleet and laugh at the local girls.

Windsor would be nice but pricey to cab it there. We could drive up there, dump the car and cab it back and then pick the car up in the morning. Parking it somewhere free or for minimal cost might be challenging though.

There are plenty of places to park overnight for free, if you decide to go there drop me a mail and I'll point you in the right direction.

I haven't been to the Agincourt for almost 18 years. Can't believe anywhere that bad could survive for that long! Happy memories biggrin

Oh No! you missed BagFest! yes a festival in Bagshot!!! I was babysitting but have been told it was quite good.

Agincourt is terrible, and Pantiles an institution that is sadly missed.

It's a quality establishment...

...low quality.

I haven't been there for ages. I'm better for it I think, I don't think they ever clean their pipes hurl
