It only becomes a pain in the arse when you ring the Crown Estate out of courtesy and speak to a jobs worth who insists you need to pay for a health & safety evaluation, police presence, St. Johns ambulance and organising traffic calming measures on the A30.

Whats to organise?
Surely if someone suggests it,and a few agree by adding names to a list, they will turn up if free on the day, then a list, either formal or mental, will slowly develop and at least 50 percent will turn up on the day.Last few VW meets always seems to be low key and relaxed.If it becomes a sunday service or formal, it might become a problem and then never happens again and the organiser can be ostrasised .
Ill turn up if I am around on the 21st if others decide they might and it doesnt chuck it down on the day.
