Very subtle Blues, inside normal lights, in fact hard to tell appart from the opossing front main beams.

Making progress on the M40, southbound about 9.40am by Handycross?

Any ideas?

As its a 3 series Coupe, my guess would be Fire Chief or whatever the correct title would be. They often seem to run their own casrs with blue lights.
