I thought so. They tidied up the existing insulation and added extra in the eave and re-boarded the loft space.
Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and re-used what they could.
They turned up when they said they would and left the place tidy.

I installed a loft ladder for my mother, she picked up a kit for about £100 and i fitted it in about 15 mins, its been working fine for years
