The mini with anything other than std type engine abiet bored out is not eligible for CSCC unfortunately.

I like that. Looks like it'll be fun to hoon around in. Does it come with the trailer?

No trailer unfortunately. I Have been speaking to the engine builders. The 3.9 ratio is very short and only going to give me a top speed of 90 maybe. Not much good for the track, to change it needs the engine out and box split. Cost about £500.
