Chimney sweep / bird removers

So it appears my mum has some birds nesting just up the chimney from the hearth, and is freaking out that they're about to fly into the front room!

Is anybody one, or does anybody know of someone that can remove birds from said flue?

I did suggest she simply lights a small fire and let nature take its course, but apparently I'm a heartless something or other, (I didn't quite catch the last bit!)...

BTW House is in West Byfleet, Surrey!
