Blackbushe at the w/e i've been a few times mid week but they get the arse if you drive around the barriers.
What's the clearance like on your car ? If you head from Woking towards St Johns you can get onto an old canal bridge and could shoot the car from the other side of the canal, i can't get google maps to work for me today so if you head towards St Johns go past winnington way (GU21) its a horsehoe shaped road so has two entrances go past the second and there is a small road on your right which is more like a dirt road go along there and the bridge is right in front of you, you can turn around on the other side.

Its ground clearance is about an inch, so unfortuantely not much

There's better places than a multistorey surely! Try some of the carparks attached to the parks eg those round Chobham, Newlands Corner. Most of them will have a view over the woodland/park; or if you want urban the business parks in Farnborough

Go a little further through Woking and find The Anchor in Pyrford. Lovely pub on the river, and you can park alongside it on one side. Nice location during the day, although can be very busy on the pub side.
Or, the single carriageway on the way into Windsor from Bagshot. Loads of places to park alongside Windsor Great Park. Lots of nice spots to get some photos along there, although maybe a little out of your way Jonny.
Nothing wrong with a multistory, I took this on one in Maidenhead
