Ford puma wheel spacers?

Trying to get a set of wheels fitted to a friends ford puma, but unfortunately they are the wrong off-set, so to make them fit we need a set of 20mm hubcentric spacers, where's the best place to buy these from.

How big? Try to get hubcentric ones at the least, I prefer bolt to hub ones too, rather than the longer bolt type
