anyone own a street ka

I'm looking at a few street ka's soon (and Mazda MX5s) and suddenly realised that I will need to be able to transport my portably massage table in the car. Dammit.

Does anyone have any idea if it will fit in the boot or behind the seats when the hood is up? Folded and bagged they are usually about 38inch x 30 inchs x (?) 8 inches? I'm not sure it would even fit comfortably in the front seat.

Actually, whilst I've got you here do any of you use the wind deflectors and are they any good? I took one for a test drive the other day but couldn't see most of the time for having my long hair wrapped round my head.

if it doesn't fit in the StreetKa its not going to fit in the Mazda : (

any roof racks available for the above cars?

The chances of someone on here having both a StreetKA and a portable massage table are very slim. May I suggest looking on Mumsnet?

Alternatively, could you just take it with you when you go look at another one? If its a deal breaker than Im sure the seller wont mind. What car do you have at the minute?

very useful advice thanks very much. I hadn't thought of checking mums net. I'm sure most mums know the dimensions of their boots. Perhaps I'll ask the question on birds-on-wheels.com. You don't actually have to have a massage table to know roughly what fits in your boot.

I have a very large TOOLBOX (30 x 38 x 8 inches) that I will need to transport, is it likely I'd get it into a mx5 or streetka.
