Focus Electric Problems

Hi,

My mates ford focus is playing silly buggers with it's electrics. When he presses the windscreen washer button, it doesn't work but the rear windscreen wiper comes on, and the same happens when he turns on the heater fan on.

Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know the solutions.

Low battery charge can cause all kinds of silly electrical problems.
