Focus bad running, please help

for the last two weeks my 1.6 16v focus has been running like crap and cost me a small fortune but to no avail. It starts up fine from cold and runs ok but doesnt idle properly, once it's warmed up I loose power, if I very gently touch the gas it will slowly speed up but and harder and nothing. The odd thing is if I switch off the ignition for a few seconds and start the car again everything is back to normal for a mile or so until it does it again. I have changed the lambda sensor, idle speed sensor, plugs, leads. If anyone has any experiance of this sort of prob PLEASE HELP!!!!

Coolant temp sensor or maf would be my guess...

Cheers I have changed the temp sensor but will have a look at the MAF
