2007 on Mondeo 2.0TDCI - issues ?

I am shortly opting out of a company car policy as I will be dropping from 50k miles to around 10k
Having had a new shape Mondeo Titanium X 2.0TDCi when new I am keen to have another.

Looking at 2007/2008 with 90k to 105k, ex lease, FSH Titanium X etc

Have the earlier issues of the diesel engine on the pre 2007 been resolved ?

In a word, no. Still injectors, DMF and suchlike. Go for the 2.2TDCI, it's a better engine and a lot newer.
