duratec ka missfire when cold??

Hi guys, my sisters ka has been playing up and was hoping someone could shed some light on it. its a 2004 1.3 duratec. A week or so ago she had problems with it cutting out when cold and a missfire when driving along, especially if you put your foot down, if you drive along maintaining a steady speed its not so bad. I removed the ICV and cleaned it which sorted the cutting out, fitted a new set of plugs and leads which cured the missfire when its hot but it still does it when its cold! I have had the fault codes checked and there are't any stored. Anyone got any ideas?

usually HT leads or the coil pack breaking up that cause the misfire under load
