MK3 ('03) mondeo zetec, radio upgrade?

Hi all. Recently got an '03 Mondeo Zetec, and loving it compared to my old shed.

I've got a 6000CD headunit in there, and fancy steering column controls. Are any aftermarket head units compatible with the controls on the steering colum? After something with MP3 cd compatability, or an internal CD changer, or proper MP3 player support (using the main radio controls for forward/backwards, skip etc)

Bluetooth audio from my phone would be a nice feature, but not vital, more concerned about retaining the stalk controls.
