Fitting Aftermarket Steering-Wheel

Hi All

I am looking at changing my steering wheel on my 1999 Ford Fiesta.

The current set up (standard) has an AirBag.

I'm looking to change to a "sports style" steering wheel with a Boss Kit but will this then throw up my air bag warning light?

Is there anything I need to look out for when fitting the boss kit to make the steering wheel sit "true straight"?

Do I actually need to disconnect the battery to remove the airbag module or will I get away with just pulling the fuse on it?

Any advice given is greatly appreciated.
