Help advice needed please

Hi all
Left a deposit over the phone today to a car dealer for a car I want to collect saturday. It turns out they have used an advert pictures from another dealer off autotrader which shows 8 pictures of another car which looks great. Trouble is it is not the car and they have said the one they have is the same. I am not to keen as you can imagine so where do I stand with getting my 500 debit card deposit back? The ad does not state library picture etc and I even asked about the sunroof as the picture was not clear and he just said yes it is there!!!
