FORD FOCUS 2001 1.4 MK1 USING FAR TO MUCH OIL PLZ HELP

HI Phers

I own a mk1 ford focus 2001 with approx 75,000 on the clock

It has recently starting using a lot of oil and i canrt understand why.

I am using well over the standard amount for a year in this car

There are no visible leaks when parked and this is starting to worry me

Could someone plz help me with a reason and possible repair cost for the problem

good chance the piston rings are worn and it is burning oil
