Nice wee bit of history, but not worth £4,950.

And the owners manual seems to be for the previous model.

Not special enough to be worth that kind of money.

I'm not so sure. Classic car pensioners are always on the lookout for cheap to run classics they can take to shows on the weekend. I've noticed a lot of classic cars are crap colours, can't work out why.

£5k isn't a lot these days. Cars used to be classic after about 10-15 years when I was a lad and now even at 27 years old, scorn is poured on "modern" cars. This one also clearly doesn't need any of the restoration some classics need.

I wouldn't pay £5k but I'm sure someone will pay not too far from that.

Years ago I used to work for Ford, and they had a few events where people brought their interesting cars (Ford and non-Ford) to work for a bit of show and tell.

Seem to recall some guy having a boggo spec Fiesta - I wonder if it is this car?

It was his mother's and she'd had it from new.

That does have a certain appeal, it doesn't have £5k worth of appeal but I know a lot of people who would rather run that than a modern one as a daily.

This is a totally immaculate vehicle and in show room condition! The interior and paintwork is spotless

Can i see a small dent in the bootlid and small rust spot on the off side sill at the rear.
Wrong wheel trims and manual too.

Yeah...it's still 27 years old. Would that you still had your baby book and original trim at that age. wink

You mean this one? Saw it there when I looked at a Z3m. It was genuinely mint.
