Focus tyre recommendations please

Mrs FarQue isn't happy with the tyres on her '53plate 1.6 zetec. She needs something grippy at a fair price. Longevity isn't to important - the car only does 7k per annum. I'm thinking a Toyo or Kumho might be worth trying. Size is 195/60-15. Shame I can't get Fallen fk452's in that size. Any opinions? Thanks.

Uniroyal RainExpert, without a doubt. Fantastic tyres. Had them on a Mondeo, got them on the OH's i30. Far better than the OE Hankooks on both cars.

on my 1.6 focus i had dunlop sp sports but on the st i have got falkens, i have tried avons to bit not as good as the falkens

I've run a few differant tyres on focus over the years the ones that stick with me are Michelin (by far the best but expensive) Dunlop sports 3000 were good (sport maxx were crap ) & hankook v12's work well too avoid the falkens as for some reason they wear strangely on the rear although they are not the only tyre to do this pirelli are another
