Water in Focus footwell

Cleaning out the inside of my Focus I noticed the front driver side footwell carpet was a bit wet, lifting up the carpet flap to reveal the chassis number the footwell is quite wet. I have had water ingress into the boot before but this seems to have stopped after I cleaned out all the channels under the boot lid. Any ideas where this footwell water could be coming from?

9/10 it is the Pollen Filter, probably just needs refitting properly.
