I particularly like the phrase "in good condition not shagging in tight condition" smile

I'm trying to think what he could possibly mean by that, or if it was a spelling mistake or autocorrect what word he was intending to type.

Got it now... Sagging!

Looks in good condition, but arent they steel 'sport' wheels rather than alloys?

Are we all confident that is a real RS2000? I am FAR from being an expert on such matters, but something that I can't place looks wrong.

Looks pretty real to me,there's plenty of them about to be honest, don't think anyone would go the hassle of making a replica. If it was a Mexico maybe but not an RS2000.

Marty,I think they came with steels too.

As for that roof.vomit

Non custom (base model) RS2's did come with steel wheels, but then it shouldn't have recaro's but "sport" seats.

Cheers.....Tony..

Not sure what relevance that Sierra Sapphire has but anywayconfused

The car is described as a Custom so should have 6" RS 4 spoke alloys.

I owned a Base model with added poverty spec.

I assume RS alloys were not a "Delete" option back then.

"Factory fitted central locking".........Don't think that was a RS2000 option in 1980

Always liked the RS2000 Mk1 my fav, I sold a Mk1 Rs2000 to Ian Harwood back in the 90's, wish I'd kept hold of it now.
