ISO Fix - T reg (1999) Ford Focus

Hi, I am a new member and I was hoping someone could assist me with my first question on this forum.

I am currently driving a 1999 ford focus and I am trying to find out if the ford ISOfix mounting kit (1357238) can be fitted to the 1999 focus.

I have spoken to my local ford garage who told me that the kit they have can only be fitted to the 2004 focus onwards but I just wanted to ask the question on here just encase the person I spoke to was mistaken.
