Standard Motorcraft are better than EBC Greenstuff and Red stuff! Seriously I only cooked my standard pads once on my modded ST220 and that was being a bit silly, you may get more dust but knowing the friction material wont come unstuck from the backing plate is worth it..
Never had any luck with Greens or Yellows currently unless they have made them better than they were. Try some Mintex 1144's for a bit more reliable bite.
Not sure what was in the 2007 Fiesta ST I bought but they seemed to be made of butter and ice. Green Stuff fitted and they are far better but our 2009 Mondeo standard brakes are good too, if a bit over-sensitive - however, that may be due to the bigger and better servo set-up.
