I've got a 2003 mk1.5 Focus Ghia with cloth seats. I've seen some leather seats on eBay out of a mk1 2000 Focus. Would it be easy to swap them? Both are five door.
Make sure both have the side airbags - I assume they do. If you can check with the seller and confirm everything is the same you should be ok - count the pins on the connector plugs. Bolt positions will be the same for all focus seats on the mk1/1.5.
