FORD FOCUS 2012 INTERIOR LIGHT BULB

Hi all, I have a 2012 ford focus zetec tdci I want to change the interior bulb for an led version however for the life of me I can not work out how to get the holder out.
this is the new design which is in the centre of the headlining, I have changed them before in a number of ford when they were above the gearknob by the windscreen but this new version is getting the better of be.
no help in the handbook, all it states is if its an LED version (mines not) they can not be changed. any help please?
