Ford Focus Mk1 Trip Computer- how to turn from 'off' to 'on'

quick question:

I have somehow (no idea how) managed to turn my Mk1 Focus Ghia trip computer off. How do I turn it back on?

There's probably a very simple solution but I so far have not found it!

I think to turn it on/off you need to press and hold the info button on the indicator stalk whilst turning the ignition on then it comes up with on/off. If it doesn't work let me know and I'll have a look at mine to see how it should be done.

Hi Ben,

I've given that a try already and that hasn't made it work but I'll give it a go when I start her up tomorrow.
