fiesta zetec s tdci coolant leak

Hi.

My fiesta is leaking coolant somewhere under the airbox. Any ideas before I begin dismantling?

Thermostat housing cracked on my wife's Zetec s.

when i owned a TDCI Zetec-s my thermostat housing cracked, its a know problem with the earlier ones.

THIS^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Daughter was loosing fluid and it was thermostat housing.

Was not alot of money to be fixed either iirc.

Kind of you need to remove the airbox etc to get to it, its on the side of the engine just above the gearbox housing . May not need the housing, sometimes the seals just go hard over time.

Just had thermostat housing replaced on mine, but that isn't an early one.

Hi there . I have an 2010 tdci fiesta. And it's leaking some clean oily liquid from this cylinder shape underneath the drivers side front light. I've taken it to a garage and they don't know what it is. Do you guys know ? Cheers
