Hi chaps,

i have finally taken the plunge & updated my work donkey - at 11 years old & 208,000 miles my poor old TDDi mondeo is starting to feel it's age.

The new toy should be ready thurs / fri next week & I'm eager to learn all about the Convers+ Bluetooth etc.

It's a 2009 Titanium X estate, if anybody has a pdf manual it would be much appreciated :-)

Thanks

John

I've just (2 weeks ago) picked up a 2008 one myself.

Convers+ is dead easy. Phone (Samsung Galaxy S3 and Blackberry 9360) just work, just select which one you want to use. Haven't got the hang of the voice activation stuff yet though but that's mostly because I read the manual a week before I got it and forgot all the commands. ;-)

Easy to set up. Set the phone to discoverable, the car will find it and give you a pin code on the head unit, put the pin code in the phone. Job jobbed.

Excellent - many thanks chaps, 1st class service from PH again

I have DL the manual & will go through it to learn all about my new toy work vehicle :-)

I'm surprised there's not more on youtube showing the convers+ in action, most of it seems to be problem cases rolleyes

thanks again, much appreciated :-)

I have a MK4 Mondeo. Paired it with my old iphone 4gs, new iphone5 and blackberry without issues. Works a treat.

I have had a couple of instances of the convers+ going nuts and only showing the current radio station & not other menus. Always reset itself after a 'switch off / switch on' of the car ignition. Will get the firmware checked at next service but not a major drama (just annoying when you are blasting down the motorway).

In all other respects very happy with the car. Enjoy.
