Hi,
I have the chance of a 2000 Ford focus 2.0 Ghia (90k) with full leather for £900 with 10 months MOT and 5 months Tax.

When I discussed the car with him, he said the following re the advisories -

a)one of the seat belt has slight damage but not significantly weakened (there is a little fray in the webbing, I had very thorough mechanics this time)
b)Minor leak in the exhaust (I have replaced this since then)
c)rear springs has slight rust
d)slight play in one of the track rod's

Are these expensive fixes or things that should put me off buying it?

Need to know ASAP.
Cheers,
Al

Personally seatbelt is like an easy £20 fix it yourself.
Track rod arm would kind of put me off, if not done then I would expect to knock it down by £100?

Rusty springs, thats metal for you! On my Gf's fiesta one OTT mechanic always wrote it down on the MOT
