Is the 182PS engine available in a 2013 UK Focus ?

I'm hearing conflicting tales.
It is an option in all the configurators for the 1.6 petrol 182PS ecoboost in the Titanium X
But I can't seem to get a demo of one from my company car scheme, they are saying they don't have one and have no orders to get one.
I would have thought this would be the flagship top of the range engine in their top range model.

Can anyone give a definate answer ?

Use the configurator on the Ford web-site. The 1.6T 182ps engine is shown as available in the Titanium, Titanium X and Zetec S. It may also be available with other trim levels, I didn't check.

I have used the configurator, and one from the company who supply the cars (Zenith)
Both have it as an available option.

My problem is they don't seem to be selling the combination of Titanium X with the 182PS engine in the UK
I need a Ford showroom guy to confirm this is the case or tell me I have to wait until...?

Found my answer by speaking to the very nice guys at Gowrings of Basingstoke last weekend.

The 182PS engine only became available on 26 April 2013 with Titanium X.
Thats why none has been ordered yet. - May well be one in the pipeline soon tho';)

He also said forget getting a demo - I guess it's just too costly for them to kit a top range model with top range engine - and let everyone rag it to bits.

I do have a demo in a BMW M sorted for next week - then will order my new focus.

All i can tell you is that its a great engine, same one in my new fiesta st and that goes like hell! Has a great turbo sound to it and pulls really well all through the rev range

Saw the review on TG and they loved it.
Saw a guy down my local last week in an ST and it looked good - but was in white

Delivery date for my Focus 182ps is early september.
