Replacing Ford KA suspension arm, does tracking need redoin?

Hello.

My KA Mk1 just failed its MOT because a front suspension bush needs replacing.

I am going to get the whole swing arm replaced as it is apparently easier than just doing the bush.

Does anyone know if I need to get the tracking done as well?

I would because 99% of the time it will put the tracking out, also, ive heard to do the bolts up fully when the car is on the floor
