Focus 2003 5 door - Isofix mounting and a couple of issues

Hi all

Just picked up a clean 53 plate 67k mile Focus and need to fit the Isofox bracket. I've had a look under the seats and also from the boot and I can see a couple of bungs in place which are around 11 inches apart (the same as the isofix mount in our Panda). Would these be the holes to secure an isofix kit? If so, where can I get one as nowhere seems to sell the kits for a 53 plate. Is it safe to assume a late mk1/mk1.5 ficus kit would fit?

Also, when I use the wipers, either flick wipe or turn them off halfway through a sweep, they just stop and don't return to rest. Would this be the wiper stalk or a relay? Or something else? Is it easy to fix?

Finally, on the odd occasion, it's reluctant to go from 1st to 2nd gear and is quite hard. Lovely gearbox other than that but anyone know what this could be and how i can cure it.

It's only a £2k car so don't want to spend big money repairing but we're prob keep until it dies (hopefully after many years happy motoring!) so may be worth fixing now.
