Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCI Injector Seals

Hi all, i realise this topic has been covered here before and i have read as much as i can find, but i still have 1 question :

Are ALL 1.4TDCI Fiestas afflicted with this Injector Seal issue, or is it only certain years ?. I am considering buying a 2009
(mk7) with 33,000 miles on it.
