2.8 Capri washers not workng

Don't know if anyone could help, the washers have stopped working on my 2.8. I've tested the motor which still works. The fuse is fine, I've changed it anyway and the stalk arm still works wipers and lights thus I don't think that's at fault. I'm struggling now, can anyone here help?

This might sound daft but have you checked the jets aren't blocked?

I had the same problem with my Sierra when I bought it last year,just needed to clear the jets and everything's been fine since.

There isn't really anything complicated on Capri washers.

When you say the motor still works do you mean that it is spinning when you push the stalk?

If so then either the pump is shot or you have a blockage

If not, then its more likely electrical - fuse/bad earth.
