Tourneo Custom Seatbelt Extenders

I need to get a seatbelt extender for the back seat of my 2022 Custom. I thought I could solve it by buying one off Amazon, but the tongue on the belt has a split in the middle, as does the buckle to accommodate it. Meaning normal ones won't work properly.

Does anyone know if a suitable extender exists? I'm not holding my breath.
