Ford Focus Sedan Titanium 2012 - Central Screen Faded

Hello,
The Central Display Screen and the Speedometer Cluster Screen of my Ford Focus Sedan Titanium 2012 have faded suddenly last week and have remained like this since. Practically nothing visible useless using phone camera as seen in attached pictures.
From time to time, the screens blinks to full brightness (generally when starting the vehicle) for a millisecond.
Have tried methods as seen on various forums but still the same:
- Unplugged positive end of Battery for 10 mins
- Checked Fuses
Took car to a garage for a diagnostic and faults detected as per attached screenshot but not sure if any related to the issue.
Your help would be highly appreciated.
