2020 Ford Connect jumping out of 1st gear.

Hi, as title, 56k miles. It's the 1.5 diesel. It's not mine, but it's cheap enough for me to be thinking about buying it if the fix is easy. I'll put a box in if necessary, just wondering what's likely to be the cause. Apparently it's already had a clutch and flywheel, which makes me wonder if it's an installation issue.
