2016 Mondeo 2.0Tdci 179ps fault code P06AF

Good morning all! I wonder if any of you learned people can help me out on this? I drove the car for around 10 miles the other day then went to use it again and it wouldn't start. Dashboard threw up the 'check adaptive headlight see manual' message. That's not uncommon for my car but the code that normally gives is P2000:00-64 NOx bank #1.Ford have replaced that sensor but it still occasionally comes up. However when I check the other day when this happened it gave the P06AF code Torque Management System - Forced Engine Shutdown. I cleared the code and then it started and has been fine since.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just a glitch in the Matrix or is something more sinister going on
The car has done 80,000 miles and is due cambelt change etc next year. If it's going to start getting expensive I will get rid. Your help will be highly appreciated.
