Retrofitting Demountable Towbar to a 2024.5 Focus ST Estate?

We have a 2024½ Focus ST Estate for our sensible car which we bought from new.
In order to keep it under the £40k excess VED threshold, one of the items we didn't spec was a towbar with all the trimmings to stop the camera and rear sensors going mental.
The question now is how difficult would it be to get one fitted now, and any necessary adaptations required to make it work in everyday (non) use?
Also, I've always like the demountable option, having had on on my RX-8 R3 a few years back.
