Knackered! Six month old car with 3,500 on the clock. Not happy!

When you say knackered, what exactly is wrong with it??

Went very heavy with no warning. Just had the RAC look at it. Guess what........ it worked perfectly! Apparently it`s electrical and the fluid is in a sealed unit. Could be damp due to the foggy weather....
